Automatic CyberCash transfers are now working but this must be strictly adhered to.
Buyers
Once you have made a purchase, click on your ‘Bidding’ tab on the left of the page (it shows only when you are signed in).
Click on ‘items purchased details’ and on the right hand side of the item there is a link ‘Pay with CyberCash
Click on this link and you will see the words ‘You have paid this bet with CyberCash’ (I don’t know why they called it ‘bet’)
There is no automatic email to the Buyer or Seller at the moment, so it will make things safer and quicker if you email the seller straight after the sale and let them know you have paid with automatic CyberCash. The item will then be marked as paid.
Once you have received the item it will help you if you then delete the item from your sold folder. This will help you not to get confused and will also save space both in your folder and in admin’s folder. Every so often we empty and delete all deleted items off the system to keep the space free
Sellers
To accept Automatic CyberCash you must click/check the 2nd box as described in our Automatic CyberCash link

The only way of knowing the item has been paid via automatic CyberCash is to look at ‘sold items details’ and you will see the item is marked as paid. It is not marked as shipped as it is for you to mark it shipped once dealt with.
Don’t forget to email the Buyer and let them know you have received the automated CyberCash payment until we have automated emails in place.
